By submitting my registration, I hereby acknowledge, accept, and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Promotional Communications
I consent to receiving promotional materials, updates, and other communications relating to the event from the event organizers.
Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability
I acknowledge that participation in the event involves physical exertion and may entail risks of injury, illness, damage, or loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, supporting companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, and contractors from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation in the event, including any injury, damage, loss, or expense that I may suffer.
Fitness to Participate and Medical Authorization
I declare that I am in good physical condition and that I have adequately trained to participate in the event. I further authorize the event medical personnel and staff to take any measures they deem necessary in the event of illness, injury, or other health-related emergency, including removing me from the event where, in their sole judgment, my health or safety is at immediate risk.
Accuracy of Personal Data and Consent to Processing
I confirm that all personal data provided by me during the registration process is accurate, complete, and truthful. I consent to the collection, storage, and processing of such personal data by the event organizers for purposes connected with the organization and management of the event, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
Registration Fee, Transfers, and Credit
I understand and accept that, once my registration has been completed, the registration fee shall be non-refundable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the registration may be transferred to a third party upon payment of an administrative fee of EUR 10.00. Alternatively, the amount paid may be used as credit toward participation in one of the next two (2) editions of 5 Days.
Payment Deadline and Automatic Cancellation
I understand and accept that payment of the registration fee must be completed within five (5) days from the date of registration. Should payment not be received within such period, the registration shall be automatically cancelled without further notice.
Data Security
In order to ensure the protection of my privacy, all personal data shall be stored securely in electronic form and handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
