Waiver of Liability and Participation Agreement

By completing my registration, I acknowledge and accept the following:

• I consent to receiving promotional materials and communications related to the event.
• I release the event organizers, supporting companies, and their agents from any liability for damages or injuries that may occur as a result of my participation. I hereby waive any and all claims against them.
• I declare that I am in good physical condition and have adequately trained to take part in the event. I authorize medical personnel to remove me from the event if they determine that my health is at immediate risk.
• I consent to the use and processing of the personal data I have provided, which I confirm to be accurate and truthful.
• I understand that once my registration is completed, the entry fee is non-refundable.
• To ensure the protection of my privacy, all data is securely stored in electronic form, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
